Full job description Senior Executive - Finance role based in Dubai. Responsibilities include generating and verifying customer invoices, addressing customer and sales team inquiries, maintaining financial data and customer master data in accounting systems, assisting with account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting audits. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce, 2-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, hands-on experience with GST/VAT, proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Spreadsheets, strong communication skills in English, financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Address customer and internal sales team inquiries, resolve payment-related issues, and provide account statements
Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring adherence to payment terms
Enter financial data of invoices into the company’s accounting system, maintaining organized records
