Full job description

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale IT architecture transformations for manufacturing clients. Responsibilities include designing architecture roadmaps, aligning technical solutions with business goals, integrating new technologies, enforcing architecture governance, collaborating with architects, mentoring colleagues, and leading IT transformations. Candidates must have 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, experience with two or more of CMS, DAM, eCommerce, PIM, MDM, CRM, process/data integration and automation, strong SAP expertise including integration design, ERP SD processes, data migration or cloud migration (e.g. S/4HANA), experience in manufacturing verticals, knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and modern IT architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices), excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent German and strong English. Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, leading large-scale transformations
  • Design and/or delivery experience with two or more of CMS, DAM, eCommerce, PIM, MDM, CRM, Process/Data Integration & Automation
  • Strong SAP expertise: integration design, ERP SD processes, data migration, or cloud migration (e.g. S/4HANA)
  • Experience working in or with the manufacturing vertical (discrete manufacturing a strong plus)
  • Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.) and modern IT architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent German and strong English skills
