Senior Engineering Manager role leading the Ad Performance Recommendation team within a 200+ product development organization. The team develops AI-powered systems leveraging marketing ad tech data to generate actionable recommendations for digital advertisers. Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers, driving development and optimization of ML models, ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards, fostering engineering culture, mentoring team members, removing obstacles, recruiting talent, and shaping AI strategy. Requirements include 7+ years building services/products, 5+ years applying machine learning, 3+ years leading teams, proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python, SQL, experience delivering scalable ML systems, strong communication skills, and ability to work 3 days per week onsite in Helsinki.
