Full job description

Senior Engineer role on SpringServe Ad Server team working on a globally distributed ad serving system handling hundreds of billions of requests daily. Responsibilities include full-stack design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of core advertising server and buying platform products. Manage project priorities and deliverables, design and implement reliable solutions, translate business requirements into technical designs, write production-ready code and unit tests, respond to feature requests and bugs, collaborate with teams, support production services, and perform code reviews. Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years software development experience, Java backend development with asynchronous programming, strong algorithms and data structures knowledge, experience with agile, git, Jenkins, Jira, Postgres/SQL, and ability to manage competing priorities. Nice to have ad tech experience, especially header bidding. Hybrid work schedule with remote Monday and Friday, in-office Tuesday to Thursday. Salary ranges by location: CA $140k-$150k, CO $130k-$140k, NY $140k-$150k.
