RTB House is seeking a lead engineer for its Platform Engineering team within the Bidding Platform structure. The role involves planning and leading development in technical areas such as deployment, monitoring, databases, or load balancing, coordinating a project team of 3-4 people, and ensuring solution reliability and scalability. Candidates must have excellent understanding of complex IT systems, ability to define requirements, lead design and implementation, experience leading teams, proactive attitude, extensive programming experience, knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems, and strong performance analysis skills. Required languages: English and Polish at C1 level. Technologies used include Java, Python, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Aerospike, Memcached, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, MinIO, Kafka, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, and Graphite.
