Full job description

Skai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its Full Funnel Product. The role involves studying market needs and trends, representing customer needs internally, crafting innovative solutions, and defining long-term product strategy. The candidate will collaborate with product management, data scientists, UX/UI experts, and R&D teams. Requirements include 5+ years of product management experience, expertise in display advertising and CTV advertising, familiarity with Retail-Media DSPs like Amazon DSP, strong presentation and project management skills, and the ability to work with overseas teams. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in office per week and a salary range of $140,000-$150,000 plus bonus eligibility. Location is New York City, NY.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development of Skai’s Full Funnel Product
  • Study market needs and trends across the industry
  • Serve as the customer's voice to represent their needs, processes, and required solutions inside the company
  • Craft innovative, smart and useful solutions
  • Define and drive the long-term product strategy aligning customer insights, market dynamics, and business objectives
  • Build industry expertise by working with leading brands, agencies, partners, customer success, and sales teams
  • Drive new capabilities and innovations based on experience
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management colleagues, data scientists, UX/UI experts, and R&D counterparts to define backlog and functional specifications

Requirements

  • Significant experience and expertise in Display advertising including audiences targeting optimization, CTV advertising, flights and budget optimization, and familiarity with the full buyer journey
  • Experience in Retail-Media DSP (e.g. Amazon DSP) is an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality products from discovery to execution
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and ability to bridge the gap between statistics and a friendly, business-oriented interface
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in communicating with clients and collecting market feedback
  • Effective project management and ability to work across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work closely with overseas teams
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Senior presence and mindset - self starter, able to carry high level conversations and represent the product organization in different levels of audiences and situations
