Full job description

Seeking a Senior Display Media Account Manager to develop and execute digital media strategies focused on Amazon DSP. Responsibilities include client relationship management, strategic growth planning, budget recommendations, reporting and analytics, and training on DSP best practices. Requires 5+ years in eCommerce advertising or digital marketing and client-facing account management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. What you'll do

  • Fully own the client relationship by building solid rapport, demonstrating transparency, and delivering results against joint business objectives
  • Develop strategic growth plans, gain client alignment, and fully execute against the aligned approach
  • Measure efficacy of strategy through regular reporting against core retail media KPIs and ad-hoc audits
  • Highlight incremental sales opportunities through retailer programs, promotional opportunities, and operational KPI improvements
  • Develop annual budget recommendations and allocate across campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Develop an annual marketing calendar incorporating key drive periods, new product launches, and clients’ national media calendars
  • Leverage Pacvue technology to manage budget allocation, communicate trends and pacing, and deliver results within budget
  • Prepare weekly and monthly retail media performance reports, analyze category trends, measure advertising and total sales, identify account trends, and perform competitive benchmarking
  • Maximize retailer share, revenue, and profitability while integrating client’s internal objectives
  • Create strategic retail media plans for new product launches including retail readiness recommendations
  • Act as Amazon DSP expert within Pacvue team and potentially train internal teams on DSP best practices
  • Responsible for reporting, analysis, and communication with Pacvue and client management teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working in eCommerce advertising, marketing, or sales, and/or digital marketing
  • 5+ years previous client-facing account management experience
  • Previous product management, project management, financial analysis, negotiation and/or marketing experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of display media advertising, with prior Amazon DSP experience
  • Understanding of how retail media, sales, and operations work together to drive eCommerce business
  • Proven track record in relationship building and account management
  • Proven success in driving results and implementing ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Works efficiently and looks to streamline processes and workflows
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable recommendations from large data sets
  • Moderate Excel and PowerPoint skills
