Full job description
Senior Director, Sales Operations role responsible for defining US sales team focus and operations. Key duties include building ideal customer profiles, segmentation, target account strategy, sales planning, reporting, and managing sales tools including Salesforce. Requires 8+ years in sales or business operations, preferably in ad tech or digital media, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with US agency landscape and CRM data essential. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in Union Square office. Salary range $200,000-225,000 for New York residents.
What you'll do
- Own ICP and customer segmentation across US commercial teams including Curation, agency, and direct business
- Lead target account strategy and build prioritized account lists for net-new relationships
- Partner with CRO and sales leaders to design territories, account coverage, and pipeline goals
