Full job description

Senior Director of Sales role at Innovid based in New York City with hybrid work (2 days in-office). Responsible for leading sales engagement with top-tier advertisers to expand customer base and grow revenue through Innovid's omnichannel ad management platform. Requires 8+ years in online advertising sales, strong knowledge of programmatic, CTV, digital video, paid social, and media measurement. Must have experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Role involves pipeline building, client relationship management, collaboration with internal teams, forecasting, and meeting revenue targets. Travel for in-person meetings required. Bachelor's degree required. Salary range $165,000-180,000 per year. What you'll do

  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities across Fortune 500 brands
  • Understand Innovid product portfolio including programmatic OLV, display and audio, CTV, paid social, and measurement of linear + digital TV
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions Consulting, Client Success, Campaign Management, Feeds, Partnerships
  • Maintain records, forecasts, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Meet quarterly revenue targets and manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Secure new accounts and drive increased product adoption in existing clients
  • Champion client satisfaction and identify opportunities for partnership expansion
  • Stay aware of customer business landscapes and brand challenges
  • Deliver impeccable service and execution to showcase Innovid's value
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Educate clients on best practices and innovative product use
  • Provide user feedback to Product team to shape new tools and releases

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in online advertising with a track record of success in sales roles
  • Agency or publisher experience desirable
  • Comprehensive understanding of programmatic, DCO, audience-centric marketing, CTV and digital video
  • Solid grasp of media and measurement landscapes
  • Experience with paid social highly valued
  • Proactive engagement with industry vendors and market solutions in digital media, paid social, and video
  • Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel to in-person meetings and events
  • Based in New York City office with in-office presence two days a week
