Full job description
Senior Director, Product Marketing – MarTech to lead go-to-market strategy for Epsilon’s marketing technology suite including clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty, and email platforms. Lead and coach product marketing team. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership. Develop messaging and positioning for MarTech solutions. Drive business growth by establishing value propositions for enterprise buyers. Mentor and empower product marketers. Lead cross-functional GTM strategies globally. Deepen expertise in advanced MarTech areas. Partner with Demand Generation, PR, Content Marketing, and Analyst Relations. Requires 10+ years in product management or marketing, 5+ years in Product Marketing in MarTech, leadership experience, technical knowledge of MarTech solutions, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in global matrixed organizations preferred.
