Full job description
Senior Director, Product Management – DSP User Experience responsible for vision, strategy, and execution of Nexxen’s DSP user interface and external API ecosystem. Lead product vision leveraging AI to improve usability and automation. Manage a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, and documentation specialists. Collaborate with Engineering and Performance & Bidding Product Team to align UI/UX with optimization capabilities. Ensure quality documentation and onboarding materials. Requires 10+ years product management experience in enterprise or ad-tech, strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP workflows, expertise in UX and team leadership, passion for AI impact on enterprise software, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes large-scale data platforms, ML-driven optimization, and B2B SaaS. Role based in New York office with hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Salary range $200,000 - 240,000. What you'll do
- Define the UX and workflow strategy for Nexxen’s DSP
- Champion a forward-looking product vision that uses AI to improve usability and automation
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, and documentation specialists
- Own both the DSP platform’s UI and its external APIs
- Work closely with Engineering to build customer-facing applications and APIs
- Partner with the Performance & Bidding Product Team to align UI/UX with optimization capabilities
- Ensure high-quality documentation, onboarding materials, and developer guides
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise or ad-tech systems
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP workflows
- Expertise in UX principles and leading product/design teams
- Passion for AI’s impact on enterprise software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Preferred: Experience with large-scale data platforms or programmatic technologies
- Preferred: Familiarity with ML-driven optimization environments
- Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS
