Zeta Global seeks a Senior Director, People Partner to lead people strategy, organizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include strategic advising and coaching senior leaders, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, talent management, leadership development, culture-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, cross-functional collaboration, HR policy alignment, people analytics, and compensation planning. Requires 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years as a strategic HR business partner, expertise in executive coaching, organizational design, change management, people analytics, employee relations, and passion for culture transformation. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Location: NYC office (hybrid). Compensation range: $160,000 – $180,000. What you'll do
- Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders, helping them scale their teams, enhance leadership effectiveness, and drive high performance
- Partner with executives to shape organizational design and workforce planning strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth
- Drive change management strategies, equipping leaders with the tools to lead through transformation and navigate organizational shifts effectively
- Own and drive talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities, managerial effectiveness, and career development pathways
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to design scalable leadership and professional development programs that foster internal mobility and skill-building
- Lead culture-building initiatives that reinforce Zeta’s values of belonging, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring a workplace where employees thrive
- Champion culture efforts through embedding inclusive practices into hiring, promotions, and leadership development
- Utilize employee engagement data and people analytics to craft impactful programs that drive retention, motivation, and business outcomes
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and People Operations to ensure seamless execution of People programs across the organization
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to proactively manage employee relations, risk mitigation, and employment law compliance in multiple geographies
- Serve as a change agent, aligning People strategies with business growth initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and programs align with industry best practices and support the scalability of a high-growth organization
- Lead people analytics efforts to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and workforce planning
- Own and optimize compensation planning, total rewards strategies, and performance management frameworks in alignment with business goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years as a strategic HR business partner supporting executive leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and influencing senior leaders to drive business outcomes
- Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy to enable business transformation and scale
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with hands-on leadership
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics to influence decisions and improve employee experience
- Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR Centers of Excellence and business units
- Passion for culture transformation, engagement with a track record of implementing programs that foster belonging and inclusion
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required, Master’s degree a plus
