Zeta Global seeks a Senior Director, People Partner to lead people strategy, organizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement. The role partners with senior leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, change management, and employee relations. Requires 10+ years HR experience including 5+ years as a strategic HR business partner. Responsibilities include executive coaching, organizational design, workforce planning, culture initiatives, people analytics, and compensation planning. Location is hybrid in New York City. Compensation range is $160,000 – $180,000.

Ensure HR policies, processes, and programs align with industry best practices and support the scalability of a high-growth organization
Lead people analytics efforts to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and workforce planning
Own and optimize compensation planning, total rewards strategies, and performance management frameworks in alignment with business goals
Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years as a strategic HR business partner supporting executive leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Proven experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and influencing senior leaders to drive business outcomes
Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy to enable business transformation and scale
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with hands-on leadership
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics to influence decisions and improve employee experience
Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR Centers of Excellence and business units
Passion for culture transformation, engagement with a track record of implementing programs that foster belonging and inclusion
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required, Master’s degree a plus
