Full job description
Senior Director role leading organizational transformation and workforce design at Smartly. Responsibilities include leading enterprise transformation initiatives, designing AI-enabled work evolution, building workforce frameworks, strengthening leadership capabilities, translating business priorities into transformation roadmaps, advising senior leaders, and aligning stakeholders. Requires strong experience in organizational transformation, design, strategy, leadership development, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Salary range $198,000 - 250,000. Hybrid work model based in New York, NY.
