Support audit, risk, and compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX) through IT controls and documentation
Lead IT incident response and collaborate on security incidents and preventive actions
Manage and grow a high-performing global IT organization with clear roles, goals, and career paths
Own IT budget planning and spend management balancing quality, scalability, cost, and AI investments
Lead IT aspects of company-wide rollouts including new tools, device programs, office expansions, security initiatives, and AI adoption
Partner with Workplace, People, and L&D to create guides, training, and communications for tool and AI usage
Act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees to improve effectiveness through technology and AI integration
Requirements
12+ years of progressive IT experience
5+ years leading global IT teams in a high-growth, technology-driven company
Experience leading end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and office IT/AV at scale across multiple regions
Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, identity and access management, device management (e.g., MDM), and network infrastructure
Experience operating in a security-first environment and supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX
Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Track record of driving operational excellence, automation, and process maturity in IT service delivery
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, platforms, or infrastructure; familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI integration in enterprise settings is a strong plus
Experience developing governance, security, and adoption strategies for emerging technologies
Experience serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on IT and digital strategy
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree and/or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISCP, CISM) are a plus
