Senior Director of Marketing Operations role based in New York City. Responsible for building and leading marketing measurement, planning, and budget discipline to demonstrate marketing impact on business outcomes. Partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and regional marketing leads to develop marketing measurement frameworks, global planning processes, and unified budget management. Own marketing budget governance, forecasting, and reporting. Build executive dashboards and facilitate cross-functional alignment. Requires 12+ years experience in marketing operations or related fields, strong analytical skills including SQL and Salesforce expertise, and exceptional communication skills. BA/BS required; MBA preferred. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Requirements
12+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing finance, or strategy/consulting
Track record of building measurement and planning discipline inside a B2B organization
Experience building marketing measurement frameworks connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Strong analytical skills including comfort with SQL and data visualization tools
Salesforce expertise including data architecture, lead and opportunity objects, and campaign attribution
Experience managing a marketing budget process in partnership with Finance, including forecasting, variance reporting, and accrual support
Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred
