Full job description

StackAdapt seeks a Senior Director of Field Marketing and ABX to lead strategy and execution of field marketing, events, and account-based experiences supporting revenue growth. This full-time remote role reports to the CMO and requires 7+ years leadership experience in field marketing, ABM, and enterprise marketing within ad tech. Responsibilities include developing experiential marketing strategies, leading event marketing teams, owning ABM/ABX campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally on GTM plans, and owning revenue targets. The role demands strong analytical skills, AI-driven marketing optimization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do

  • Develop and lead experiential marketing strategy supporting revenue growth with regional and vertical-specific campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and vertical teams to execute field marketing campaigns driving pipeline and deal acceleration
  • Lead and mentor event marketing team to ensure events drive pipeline and align with business goals
  • Own, scale, and lead the annual summit: Conversion
  • Own and lead ABM/ABX strategy working with sales and marketing to target accounts
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABX campaigns driving engagement and conversion
  • Utilize AI, data, and insights to refine ABX tactics to increase pipeline growth and revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define GTM plans and ensure alignment on goals and execution
  • Develop scalable GTM motions with AI to maximize pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue growth
  • Support revenue teams with targeted field programs fueling growth across sales and partnerships
  • Own and be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets linked to marketing strategies
  • Set and manage KPIs related to field marketing and ABX efforts, reporting on performance and ROI
  • Continuously optimize marketing investments based on pipeline data and market feedback
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire events and enterprise marketing teams aligned with company goals
  • Foster high-performance culture driving collaboration and accountability
  • Champion AI-driven and metrics-focused marketing decisions

Requirements

  • At least 7 years in a leadership position in field marketing, account-based marketing, and enterprise marketing roles
  • Proven experience in ad tech with understanding of B2B mid-market and enterprise sales and buying behaviors
  • Curiosity for learning and applying advancements in AI
  • Experience leading and scaling go-to-market strategies impacting revenue growth
  • Strong background in event marketing and managing large-scale events and field campaigns
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills leveraging AI, data, and insights for marketing decisions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership and accountability
