Reporting to the CTO, this role manages a global team responsible for recruiting, talent operations, and events. Key duties include driving recruiting strategy, leading high-priority searches, building university recruiting programs, and contributing to employer branding. Candidates must have 10+ years recruiting experience with at least 5 years managing teams, proven success in technical recruiting, strong leadership skills, and experience advising senior engineering leaders.
