Full job description
Senior Director, Demand for Canada responsible for defining demand strategy, leading sales team, managing revenue targets, and building executive relationships with agencies, brands, and DSPs. Requires 10+ years in programmatic advertising or ad tech, 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Role is hybrid (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office) based in Toronto. Benefits include equity, bonuses, wellness days, parental leave, retirement plan, and career development programs. Salary range 150,000 – 170,000 CAD.
What you'll do
- Own Canada's demand strategy, commercial planning, revenue targets and business performance across agencies, brands and DSPs
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization through disciplined execution, forecasting, pipeline management, coaching and accountability
