Full job description
Senior Director, Demand, Canada role based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office). Responsible for defining Canada's demand strategy, leading a sales team, managing revenue targets, and building executive relationships across agencies, brands, and DSPs. Requires 10+ years in programmatic advertising or related fields, 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
