Full job description

Senior Principal, Client Leadership role responsible for driving programmatic data revenue and building trusted partnerships with agencies, activation teams, and ad tech platform partners. Key duties include leading revenue growth, client success, strategic collaboration, thought leadership, operational excellence, and business development. Requires 10-15 years of client-facing sales experience in data revenue within agency and adtech platforms, strong media expertise, strategic insight into data-driven marketing, analytical skills, relationship management, and a passion for emerging technologies like AI and machine learning. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel. Salary range $140,000 - $210,000. Locations include Irving, Texas; Westminster, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; and New York, New York.

What you'll do

  • Lead programmatic data revenue for assigned agencies and strategic partners
  • Drive measurable outcomes by implementing tailored data solutions across all consumer verticals
  • Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients delivering insights and perspective
  • Lead account planning, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations
  • Drive alignment and outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility
  • Identify, shape, and close complex opportunities expanding Epsilon’s footprint within existing and new accounts

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of success in client-facing sales roles driving data revenue within agency and adtech platforms
  • Proven ability to navigate industry challenges, regulatory landscapes, and evolving business priorities
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and third-party data utilization
  • Expertise in translating insights into actionable client strategies
  • Ability to build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships across sales, product, analytics and strategy teams
  • Passion for using emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and dynamic creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working across large holding companies and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client-facing meetings and industry events
