Moloco seeks a Director-level leader to build and lead the Business Integrity function, focusing on protecting the platform from fraud, abuse, and policy violations. This hybrid role is based in Menlo Park, CA. Responsibilities include risk assessment, policy and compliance development, detection system strategy, enforcement operations, and cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Product, Legal, and others. The role requires 15+ years experience in trust & safety, fraud prevention, compliance, or related fields, with proven leadership in building teams and scaling operations. Candidates must have deep knowledge of bad actor tactics, regulatory environments (DSA, OFAC, FTC), and the ability to navigate legal ambiguity.
