Senior Digital Production Artist role responsible for leading creative production including project management, scalable content operations, automation, and creative execution. Develop expertise in proprietary software to create, test, manage, and maintain creative content aligned with client goals. Collaborate with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Developers, and Account Managers. Lead process and workflow improvements through automation and innovation. Mentor junior and mid-level team members and maintain brand consistency. Manage client brand guidelines and optimize creative assets. Define and refine creative processes and workflows to scale quality and efficiency. Requires 6+ years experience in digital design and multi-channel campaigns, leadership and project management skills, expertise in digital image processing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, Microsoft 365 tools, video/sound editing, and HTML/CSS/JS development. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Salary range $67,800 to $126,000 annually. Location: Chicago, Illinois.
