Full job description

The Engineering Operations team at StackAdapt focuses on building and operating AWS infrastructure, infrastructure as code, operational reliability, and scalable platform practices across distributed systems. Responsibilities include building and improving shared infrastructure, optimizing AWS services, managing Terraform and Terrateam workflows, supporting secure cloud and Kubernetes deployments, improving observability, troubleshooting distributed system issues, establishing infrastructure standards, and collaborating on scalable system design. Candidates should have 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering, strong AWS production experience, hands-on Terraform and IaC skills, significant Kubernetes experience, familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana, and experience in reliability and incident response. Nice to have skills include Terrateam, Ansible, Vault, Consul, ArgoCD, Packer, Redis, GitHub Actions, AWS networking, and large-scale distributed systems. The role is full-time, remote, and based in Canada. Salary range is $140,000 to $192,500 CAD base.
