Senior Designer role at Smartly focused on developing and refining creative assets for Display and Social campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with Art Directors and Developers, leading design projects, developing reusable templates and design systems, applying motion design and animation, contributing to campaign ideation, managing multiple projects, and mentoring junior designers. Requires 5+ years experience in graphic, brand, or visual design or art direction. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), Figma, and knowledge of digital advertising, HTML5, dynamic advertising, and motion design preferred. Strong design principles, communication, and project management skills required. Role is full-time and hybrid, based in the Philippines.
