Senior Demand Partner Manager responsible for managing third-party demand partners to drive sustainable revenue growth. Key duties include monitoring and improving KPIs such as bid rate, match rate, win rate, and total spend; collaborating with product and ad ops teams to remove technical hurdles; managing relationships with DSPs and performance buyers; diagnosing and resolving technical issues; optimizing partner performance; and driving demand generating initiatives. Requires 3-5 years experience in programmatic advertising with expertise in demand-side management, yield optimization, OpenRTB protocol, Header Bidding, and DSP troubleshooting. Compensation range $136,000-$167,000 including base and commission. Hybrid work environment; candidates must be local to New York.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and improve critical KPIs including bid rate, match rate, win rate, and total spend
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth with third-party demand partners
  • Move beyond reactive support with commercial growth motions
  • Partner closely with product and ad ops teams to remove technical hurdles and friction
  • Own day-to-day relationships with DSPs and performance buyers
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting bid rate, match rate, and win rate
  • Identify key optimization levers across auction mechanics, deal setup, and supply alignment
  • Service day to day operational needs and continually optimize partner performance
  • Drive joint direct/indirect demand generating initiatives
  • Provide first line of technical support including PMPs for DSP/SSP partners

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in programmatic advertising, specifically within demand-side management or yield optimization
  • Deep understanding of the OpenRTB protocol, Header Bidding, and DSP troubleshooting
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable optimization strategies
