Full job description

Digital Turbine is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for their hybrid work environment in Petah Tikva, Israel. The role requires 4+ years of experience delivering data science projects to production and an MSc or PhD in a quantitative field. Candidates must have expert-level Python skills and experience with scalable technologies such as Spark and ONNX. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of data science projects, designing and implementing ML models at scale, writing production-quality code, and mentoring team members. The candidate should be business-oriented, experienced in real-time low-latency ad-tech environments, and able to lead technical efforts.

What you'll do

  • Own the entire lifecycle from defining business problem and KPI to deploying and monitoring solutions in production
  • Design and implement ML models handling high-cardinality data at massive scale
  • Write clean, modular, and scalable code
  • Mentor the team and contribute to algorithmic roadmap

Requirements

  • 4+ years track record of delivering data science projects to production
  • MSc or PhD in a quantitative field
  • Expert-level Python (production-grade)
  • Ability to build for scale using Spark and ONNX (great advantage)
  • Business-oriented and independent problem solver
  • Experience with low-latency environments and auction dynamics
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
