Full job description

Senior Data Scientist role at Kayzen, a mobile DSP focused on programmatic advertising. The position is remote within EMEA. Responsibilities include enhancing machine learning models, collaborating on scalable algorithm development, exploring new data sources, researching ML solutions, and conducting A/B tests. Requirements include extensive experience in data science product development, strong coding skills, proficiency in Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, SQL, experience with large sparse datasets, neural network products, and prior Ad-Tech experience. Bonus skills include reinforcement learning and large-scale optimization. What you'll do

  • Enhance existing models by adding features, fine-tuning parameters, and using additional data
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineering team to develop and deploy scalable supervised and unsupervised algorithms
  • Identify and explore new data sources and research innovative data usage
  • Investigate new Machine Learning solutions to optimize the value chain
  • Conduct and evaluate A/B tests regularly to drive insights and refine strategies

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing data science products from research to production deployment
  • Strong coding skills with clean, reproducible, and well-tested code
  • Proficient in Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with algorithms for sparse and large datasets including prediction, clustering, and outlier detection
  • Experience building neural network-based products for classification, regression, and multi-task learning
  • Bonus: knowledge of reinforcement learning and large-scale optimization problems
  • Good understanding of dashboards and SQL for monitoring tools
  • Previous experience in Ad-Tech is a must
