Full job description
Senior Data Scientist role in PeopleCloud Customer Data Platform team. Requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and big data technologies. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, designing and implementing ML and deep neural network models, creating data visualizations, developing ML pipelines on Azure, and owning end-to-end marketing ML models such as Churn, CLV, Propensity, and Affinity. Must have 6-10 years IT experience with 5+ years in data science, proficiency in Python, Spark MLLib, Tensorflow, Keras, and experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams and clients are required. Location: Bengaluru, India.
What you'll do
Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of web analytics, transaction, customer data, and second and third-party data
Work with complex data structures, manipulate and cleanse data, perform statistical analysis

Requirements
6-10 years of total IT experience with 5+ years in a data science role
MS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or equivalent education/professional experience
Strong machine learning and deep learning background
Proficient in Python, Spark MLLib, Tensorflow, Keras, ML algorithms and Deep Neural Networks
Experience with large scale distributed databases and computing systems like Hadoop, HDInsight or DataBricks
Experience working with cloud infrastructure services like Azure and AWS (Azure preferred)
Experience working with code repositories and continuous integration tools like Git and Jenkins
Strong passion for understanding key business problems and mining data for insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
