Full job description

Develop analytical frameworks and perform exploratory data analysis to solve business problems and identify trends. Conduct hypothesis testing and report statistically significant results. Present data-driven insights to clients and stakeholders with effective storytelling. Apply multiple algorithms and recommend best models for data-driven decisions. Build analyses, data models, and create dashboards and reports to communicate insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain data integrity. Requires bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline, 5-8 years analytics experience, proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and preferably experience with predictive/ML models, Adobe Analytics, and Databricks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills needed. Mentor junior team members.

What you'll do

  • Develop analytical frameworks to solve business problems
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

  • Apply multiple algorithms or architectures and recommend best models
  • Structure hypothesis, build analyses, develop data models, clarify problems
  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain data integrity with high accountability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics)
  • 5-8 years of experience in the analytics field; marketing analytics experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and Power BI
  • Hands-on experience on Data Science projects, developing Predictive / ML models is highly preferred
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics and Databricks environment would be a plus
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management skills with ability to work independently
  • Mentor/hand-hold junior team members on technical/problem-solving aspects
