Full job description

Senior Data Scientist role reporting to Senior Manager of AOPS team. Responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven analytical solutions to support Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions. Develop end-to-end AI solutions including data processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Develop custom MCP servers embedded within agentic harnesses for advanced AI workflows. Optimize AI pipelines for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering teams to design AI solutions. Requires Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field, with 5-8 years experience in AI-based analytical tools, data processing, report automation, dashboard platforms, and LLM-based solutions. Proficient in Python, SQL, distributed data platforms (Greenplum, Hadoop, Databricks), Agile development, and validation of AI solutions. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

  • Develop end-to-end AI solutions including data processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in designing and developing AI-based analytical tools and applications
  • Experience in data processing, report automation, and dashboard platforms
  • Hands-on experience in developing LLM-based solutions and architecting advanced retrieval pipelines
  • Ability to perform thorough data driven comparative analysis
  • Proficiency in distributed data platforms such as Greenplum, Hadoop, Databricks
  • Strong programming and development skills in Python and SQL
  • Ability to design and build production-ready AI embedded custom applications and interactive dashboards
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and discuss requirements effectively
  • Experience in software development within Agile frameworks and related tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence
  • Experience in validating AI solutions
