Epsilon’s Data Science & AI practice seeks a Senior Data Scientist to deliver advanced analytics and data science solutions addressing customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and churn reduction using statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation. Responsibilities include partnering with business and delivery teams to define and deliver analytics solutions, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, designing and analyzing experiments, communicating findings, standardizing methodologies, collaborating with offshore teams, and mentoring junior members. Requirements include 6-10+ years in data science or related fields, strong skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, large-scale data environments (Databricks, Spark), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), experimental design, Python coding, and a relevant Master’s degree. Experience with MLOps and Generative AI is a plus. Salary range is $76,400 to $163,200 annually. Locations include Chicago, IL; Westminster, CO; Wakefield and Boston, MA; and New York, NY.
