Digital Turbine is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work in a hybrid environment in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to analyze data and build models that optimize the mobile advertising marketplace. Responsibilities include framing business problems as data questions, designing and analyzing experiments, building statistical and ML models for audience segmentation and bidding optimization, developing time-series and real-time event analysis, productionizing models with ML and Data Engineering teams, and communicating findings to technical and executive audiences. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis, strong skills in experimental design, hypothesis testing, causal inference, statistical and ML modeling, fluency in SQL and Python or R, and experience working with large-scale data in cloud environments. Experience with Databricks, Spark, and experimentation tooling is a plus.
