Digital Turbine seeks a Senior Data Scientist to analyze and model data to optimize a mobile advertising marketplace. Responsibilities include framing business problems as data questions, designing and analyzing experiments, building statistical and ML models for audience segmentation, bid optimization, lifetime value, and attribution, developing time-series and real-time event models, partnering with ML and Data Engineering to productionize models, and communicating findings to technical and executive audiences. Requirements include 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis (preferably in AdTech or marketplaces), strong skills in experimental design, hypothesis testing, causal inference, statistical and ML modeling, fluency in SQL and Python or R, experience with large-scale cloud data, and excellent communication skills. Nice to have experience includes Databricks, Spark, bidding/auctions, recommendation systems, and experimentation tooling. The role is full-time, hybrid, and based in New York, NY.
