Digital Turbine is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work in a hybrid environment in New York. The role involves partnering with engineering, product, and business leaders to analyze data and build models that optimize the marketplace. Responsibilities include framing business problems as data questions, designing and analyzing experiments, building statistical and ML models for audience segmentation, bid optimization, lifetime value, and attribution, developing time-series and real-time event analysis, productionizing models with ML and Data Engineering teams, and communicating findings to technical and executive audiences. Requirements include 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis, strong skills in experimental design, hypothesis testing, causal inference, statistical and ML modeling, fluency in SQL and Python or R, experience with large-scale cloud data, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Nice to have experience includes Databricks, Spark, bidding/auctions, recommendation systems, and experimentation tooling.
