Full job description

Senior Data Scientist role at Teads to build and operate large-scale distributed machine learning systems processing 1B predictions per second. Responsibilities include improving and developing ML algorithms, implementing models end to end, collaborating with teams, testing software, and staying updated on ML technologies. Requires 5+ years experience coding ML solutions in high scale systems, industry experience in ad-tech and recommender systems, MSc/PhD in computer science or math, knowledge of large-scale distributed systems and service oriented architecture, experience with Go, Python, Java, AWS, Jupyter notebooks, and data engineering skills. Hybrid work model with 3 days in office in Netanya, Israel.

What you'll do

Improve existing algorithms & tools to explore and analyze data and provide accurate feedback on Teads activities
Develop new algorithms & approaches to provide accurate predictions and drive new products with business insights
Implement algorithms and models end to end
Collaborate with various teams to develop services from design to production
Write, run and automate tests (unit, functional, load)
Keep up to date with latest Machine Learning technologies
Improve ad relevance, quality, and efficiency across Teads’ global publisher network

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with coding ML based solutions in high scale systems
Relevant industry experience / publications in ad-tech and recommender system
Msc/Phd in computer science / math
Industry experience in building engineering at scale
Large-scale distributed systems, service oriented architecture
Previous experience with Go, Python, Java, AWS, Jupyter notebooks
Knowledge in data engineering
Ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights
