Full job description
Senior Data Engineer responsible for leading development of scalable, high-performance data pipelines and infrastructure powering Samba analytics. Key duties include architectural leadership, solving complex technical issues, managing production datasets, schema evolution, performance and cost optimization, incident response, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and improving observability. Requires 8+ years experience (Bachelor’s), advanced Python skills, expertise in Apache Spark/PySpark, Apache Airflow, Databricks, cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP), data modeling, and software best practices. Salary range 312000 PLN - 395000 PLN per year plus bonuses and benefits. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
