Responsibilities include delivering statistical deliverables on time, implementing analytic projects, building and validating models, performing research, consulting with sales and clients, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring peers, coding in Python and PySpark, and ensuring compliance with data governance and AI guidelines. Requirements include 5+ years experience, a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (advanced degree preferred), proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, advanced statistical knowledge, experience with large transactional databases, client interaction, and use of AI tools responsibly. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with occasional travel. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Requirements
5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in statistical, quantitative, or related field
Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in a statistical field
Experience performing data analysis or modeling with large transactional databases
Experience conducting original research
Experience working directly with external clients in a business environment
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and principles including regression, clustering, factor analysis, ANOVA, sampling, inference, transformations, validation, and model evaluation techniques
Proficiency in analytic programming and tools including Python, PySpark, SQL
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using LLM- and AI-enabled tools responsibly
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and consulting skills
Ability to communicate complex analytic concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
