Senior Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain analytics resources such as dashboards, reports, semantic models, AI agents, alerting systems
• Support demand teams to understand partners and clients’ performance
• Support finance and partnerships teams to monitor financial performance
• Analyze market trends and generate insights and recommendations for regional managing directors and executives
• Ensure data consistency between internal data sources
• Develop and maintain data tools tailored to specific use cases
• Participate in sourcing and enriching databases with new internal data
• Be main point-of-contact for Finance, Demand Account Managers and Tech Ops from various regions
• Co-build and own delivery of the Demand Analytics roadmap
• Coach a data analyst intern
• Ensure adoption of metrics and analytics tools through go-to-market strategies including beta-testing, communication, training, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in an analytical role
• Curious and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to form recommendations and develop autonomy and expertise
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English
• Working proficiency in French is a plus
• Practical experience with SQL and Tableau or other reporting tools
• Experience with Python, dbt, Streamlit or agentic analytics tools is a plus
