12 Month FTC - Maternity cover. Senior Customer Success Operations Manager role at PubMatic in EMEA. Manage technical integrations, optimise performance, and support Tier 1 omnichannel publisher accounts on the PubMatic platform. Responsibilities include account set-up, delivering technical integrations, troubleshooting, performance analysis, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, managing internal systems like Salesforce and JIRA, resolving integration issues, and generating performance reports. Requires experience in programmatic advertising (Header Bidding, ORTB, RTB/PMP, ad networks), familiarity with SSPs, Prebid wrappers, GAM, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), and debugging tools (browser consoles, Charles, Fiddler). Hybrid working with three days in office and two remote.
