Full job description

PubMatic is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for CTV and Video to manage and grow programmatic revenue with premium publishers. The role requires 3-6 years of experience in customer success or account management within programmatic advertising, strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, analyzing performance data, optimizing programmatic deals, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing high-value publisher portfolios. What you'll do

  • Own and drive programmatic revenue across assigned publisher portfolio
  • Analyze revenue performance across DSPs, Deal Types, and formats to inform optimization strategies
  • Lead yield optimization conversations using data-driven insights
  • Partner with internal buyer development and DSP teams to activate demand and troubleshoot deal performance
  • Support setup, execution, and optimization of programmatic deals including PG, PMP, and SPO initiatives
  • Maintain operational discipline using internal tools for visibility and accountability
  • Translate publisher conversations into internal actions and drive cross-functional follow-through
  • Act as strategic advisor by translating performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Marketplace teams
  • Manage portfolio of high-spend and high-potential supply partners with multi-quarter growth plans
  • Leverage analytical skills and programmatic marketplace knowledge to influence advertising strategy
  • Meet or exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Apply knowledge of SSP mechanics, ad serving, and auction dynamics to diagnose issues
  • Coach peers to create skill lift that drives client growth and team success

Requirements

  • 3-6 years prior applicable experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within programmatic advertising
  • Hands-on experience in programmatic on Publisher, SSP, or DSP/buyer side
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem and CTV/video monetization
  • Experience working with CTV and Video publishers in programmatic space
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into revenue-driving actions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and formulas
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
