Full job description
Senior Customer Success Manager role managing enterprise advertiser accounts on Vibe's streaming TV advertising platform. Responsibilities include full client lifecycle management, building trust-based relationships, driving retention and expansion revenue targets, campaign strategy and optimization, and acting as voice of the customer for product improvements. Requires 5+ years experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts in digital advertising (streaming TV, paid social, search), proven retention and expansion success, experience with incrementality measurement and ROAS, and proficiency with CRM and analytics tools. Hybrid work model based in NYC. Salary range $140,000–$170,000 OTE. Benefits include variable pay, health coverage, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and annual offsite.

- Manage the full client lifecycle from campaign launch through optimization for enterprise accounts
- Build deep, trust-based relationships by surfacing insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations
