Full job description
Senior Customer Success Manager role at Smartly based in New York City with hybrid work (3 days in office). Responsible for managing and growing own customer accounts, providing consultative advice on online marketing strategies, resolving advertiser issues, and collaborating with partners like Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. Requires 5+ years of paid digital advertising experience, customer success or similar experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work with technical teams. Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, healthcare, 401K matching, equity grants, wellness and learning reimbursements, volunteer time off, and more. Salary range $110,000 - $130,000 plus performance bonus.
What you'll do
- Manage and nurture own customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise
