Full job description
Vibe.co is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage enterprise advertiser relationships on their streaming TV advertising platform. The role involves owning client lifecycle management, driving revenue through retention and expansion, optimizing campaign performance, and providing customer feedback to product teams. Candidates should have 5+ years managing mid-market or enterprise digital advertising accounts, experience with incrementality measurement and ROAS, and be comfortable using CRM and analytics tools. Nice to have experience includes Looker, Planhat, connected TV advertising, and building customer success processes at SaaS companies. The position is full-time, hybrid in New York City, with a salary range of $120,000–$170,000 and benefits including variable pay, health coverage, 401(k), unlimited PTO, parental leave, and annual offsite.

- Manage the full client lifecycle from campaign launch through optimization for enterprise accounts
- Build deep, trust-based relationships by proactively surfacing insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations
