Full job description
Senior Customer Success Manager role managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Responsibilities include managing complex accounts, driving growth, owning customer experience, leading executive engagements, mentoring team members, and improving processes. Requires 6+ years in digital/search advertising or platform/account management, deep experience with ecommerce advertising platforms (Pacvue preferred), familiarity with Amazon DSP and retail media, strong executive communication, and analytical skills.
