Full job description

Integral Ad Science seeks a Senior Customer Experience Associate for the Finance team in New York, NY. The role involves managing client financial relationships, resolving billing and data issues, educating clients on products and billing, liaising between clients and internal teams, supporting multiple regions, and maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce. Requires 4+ years client-facing experience in digital marketing/advertising, strong client service skills, Salesforce proficiency, billing process knowledge, excellent communication, analytical skills, and experience in Advertising, AdTech, or SaaS industries. Spanish fluency and Workday experience are preferred. Full-time, hybrid role with salary range $69,300 to $118,800 annually. What you'll do

  • Act as the dedicated financial point of contact for designated accounts, providing elite support and responsiveness to client needs
  • Directly engage with clients to resolve billing and data discrepancies, turning potential friction points into opportunities for relationship building
  • Conduct deep-dives with clients to educate them on IAS products, billing systems, and financial workflows to ensure seamless partnerships
  • Bridge the gap between external clients and internal teams (Sales, Legal, Product) to drive resolution on account-level issues
  • Represent the Finance team across multiple regions, participating in high-level client meetings and stakeholder briefings
  • Safeguard the accuracy of contracts and customer data within Salesforce to ensure a 'gold standard' client experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of external, client-facing experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns and direct relationships with customers or agencies
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations, de-escalate issues, and communicate financial complexities to non-finance audiences
  • Salesforce experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of the billing process, including analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; must be comfortable presenting to external stakeholders
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
  • Direct experience in the Advertising, Advertising Technology (AdTech), or SaaS industries
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
  • Experience with or exposure to Workday (preferred)
