Full job description

Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) with robust integration, advanced analytics, and scalable solutions. Lead development of complex software solutions, provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensure architectural integrity, maintain documentation, participate in planning and estimation, drive continuous improvements, act as SME for client work, and contribute to team strategy. Required skills include CRM platform expertise, programming in APEX, C#, .NET, API integration (REST/SOAP), CI/CD tools, database querying, data analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), customer data management, troubleshooting, Agile/Scrum experience, and preferred Salesforce certifications. What you'll do

  • Lead design, customization, and optimization of CRM platform
  • Ensure robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions
  • Lead development of complex digital and software solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Participate in project planning and estimation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
  • Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
  • Contribute to team vision and strategy

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, others
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization
  • Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
  • Experience with cloud platforms (any experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of loyalty management, consumer goods cloud, financial services cloud, field service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP)
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Application Architect, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator/Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional)
  • Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
