Full job description
Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Develop complex digital and software solutions, ensuring integration, data analytics, and scalability aligned with strategic objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Maintain software architecture documentation and participate in project planning and estimation. Drive continuous improvement and act as subject matter expert for client work. Required skills include CRM systems expertise, programming in APEX, C#, .NET, API integration (REST/SOAP), CI/CD tools, database querying, data analysis with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Salesforce certifications and knowledge of cloud platforms, loyalty management, and specialized Salesforce clouds are advantageous. The role offers hybrid work flexibility and is based in Bucharest, Romania.
What you'll do
- Lead design, customization, and optimization of CRM platform
- Ensure robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Identify new opportunities within the customer domain
- Lead design and development of complex digital solutions in CRM domain
- Lead development of complex software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
- Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
- Contribute to vision and strategy of the team
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics (Backend and Frontend)
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments
- Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to guide junior members
- Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
- Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, and others
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
- Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of customer data management including segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization
- Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Loyalty Management, Consumer Goods Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP) is advantageous
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator/Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional)
