Full job description

Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Develop complex software solutions and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Ensure architectural integrity and maintain documentation. Participate in project planning and drive continuous improvement. Utilize strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, and integrate CRM with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Manage customer data segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization. Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms is preferred. Salesforce certifications are a plus. Location: Belgrade. Hybrid work model.

What you'll do

  • Lead design, customization, and optimization of CRM platform
  • Ensure robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions
  • Lead design and development of complex digital solutions in CRM domain
  • Lead development of complex software solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Participate in project planning and estimation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
  • Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
  • Contribute to vision and strategy of the team

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics (Backend and Frontend)
  • Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to guide junior members
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, and others
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong understanding of customer data management including segmentation, lifecycle, personalization
  • Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
  • Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of loyalty management, consumer goods cloud, financial services cloud, field service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud is preferred
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator/Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional)
  • Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
