Full job description

Lead design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) ensuring integration, data analytics, and scalable solutions. Lead complex software development and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure architectural integrity and maintain documentation. Participate in planning and continuous improvement. Act as SME for client work. Required skills include CRM systems expertise, programming in APEX, C#, .NET, API integration (REST/SOAP), CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum experience, database querying, data analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and customer data management. Salesforce certifications preferred. Experience with loyalty management, consumer goods cloud, financial services cloud, field service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud is a plus. Role offers hybrid work model with 1 day per week or 4 days per month in office. Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, customization, and optimization of the CRM platform
  • Lead the design and development of complex digital solutions in the CRM domain
  • Lead the development of complex software solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
  • Act as a subject matter expert for pitches and client work
  • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, others
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or others for data analysis
  • Strong understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle, and personalization
  • Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
  • Experience with cloud platforms (any experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of loyalty management, consumer goods cloud, financial services cloud, field service, CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP)
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator/Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional)
  • Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
