Full job description

Senior Corporate Legal Counsel role supporting T-Mobile’s ad-tech and media solutions business. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements, providing business-focused legal guidance, building scalable deal processes, advising on contractual relationships with media owners, brands, agencies, and ad tech partners, and counseling on emerging ad tech and digital media issues. Requires 7-10 years transactional law experience, preferably with ad tech or media exposure, law degree, Singapore-qualified or equivalent, strong communication and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and willingness to work occasional US business hours.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with internal business clients to structure deals, solve problems, and keep initiatives moving
  • Provide practical, business-first legal guidance to enable quick movement while managing risk
  • Build scalable deal approaches including playbooks, templates, and negotiation strategies
  • Drive process improvements within T-Ads legal support to increase speed, clarity, and consistency
  • Advise on complex contractual relationships with media owners, brands, advertising agencies, and ad tech partners
  • Negotiate, draft, and revise complex commercial agreements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal business clients across cross-functional teams
  • Counsel business clients on emerging issues in ad tech and digital media

Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience as a transactional lawyer, with relevant in-house and/or top law firm experience
  • Experience supporting areas such as ad tech, advertising, marketing, media, and negotiating with advertising agencies and brands (preferred but not required)
  • Law degree from a recognised university with strong academic credentials
  • Singapore-qualified lawyer (Advocate and Solicitor) preferred, or equivalent qualification (UK, US, or other common law jurisdiction) with relevant APAC in-house experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with executive maturity and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and decision-making skills, with keen business sense and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to work independently on day-to-day matters while escalating issues appropriately
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the business with diverse stakeholders and personalities
  • Willingness to work one early morning or late evening per week during US business hours overlap
