Senior Compliance Manager role in the Enterprise Compliance Office at Moloco, based in Menlo Park, CA with hybrid schedule. Lead design, measurement, and improvement of global compliance program including frameworks, workflows, evidence standards, reporting, and metrics. Own compliance metrics framework and dashboards, audit-ready documentation quality, and issue management. Support risk, policy, regulatory services, and third-party risk management. Collaborate with Legal, Security/GRC, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance Champions. Requires 8+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or related fields, proficiency in Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, AI tools, SQL, BI/dashboard tools, and strong program leadership and analytical skills.
