Senior Compliance Analyst role in the Enterprise Compliance Office supporting global compliance program operations. Responsibilities include translating regulatory and governance requirements into documentation, workflows, and metrics; producing audit-ready compliance evidence; analyzing compliance data to identify gaps; investigating issues and proposing solutions; tracking remediation and commitments; supporting program governance and compliance request intake; partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams; developing scalable compliance infrastructure; reviewing compliance tool outputs; building expertise in privacy, advertising compliance, third-party risk, and regulatory tracking; and supporting third-party risk management tools. Requires bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, privacy, or related fields, preferably in technology or AdTech. Skills include program execution, analytical mindset, documentation, communication, organization, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, AI tools, and basic data skills (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards). Role is hybrid based in Menlo Park, CA. What you'll do
- Support build and day-to-day operation of the Enterprise Compliance Office (ECO)
- Translate regulatory, policy, and governance requirements into clear artifacts, trackers, and repeatable processes
- Produce, maintain, and quality-check audit-ready compliance documentation and evidence
- Analyze compliance data, documentation, evidence, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Investigate issues independently and propose practical solutions to close gaps
- Track issues, remediation items, and commitments through to closure
- Support program governance by preparing meeting materials, status updates, metrics, dashboards, RAID logs, decision registers
- Support standardized intake, triage, and routing of compliance requests
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Security/GRC, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance Champions
- Develop and improve scalable program infrastructure including playbooks, templates, trackers, repositories, workflows, and documentation standards
- Review outputs from compliance tools including AI-assisted tools and flag errors or inconsistencies
- Build expertise across privacy, product and advertising compliance, third-party risk, enterprise policies, training, regulatory tracking
- Support implementation and operation of third-party risk management tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, risk, compliance, political science, data/information science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, privacy, security governance, program or project management, or regulatory operations
- Experience supporting compliance, audit readiness, regulatory, or remediation programs including evidence coordination, documentation review, status tracking, or issue management
- Strong program execution skills managing multiple parallel initiatives
- Analytical mindset to review data, documentation, evidence, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teams and executive review
- Highly organized, proactive, self-directed with sound judgment on escalation
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new regulatory areas and compliance domains
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, AI tools such as Claude, Co-work, or similar
- Basic data skills such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI dashboards for reporting and analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders
- Bonus: exposure to product/advertising compliance, privacy, information governance, third-party risk management, AI governance, compliance training, PMO experience or project/program management certification
