Senior Compliance Analyst role supporting Moloco's Enterprise Compliance Office (ECO) to build and operate global compliance programs. Responsibilities include translating regulatory and governance requirements into documentation, workflows, and metrics; producing audit-ready compliance evidence; analyzing compliance data to identify gaps and improvements; managing issues and remediation; supporting program governance and compliance requests; partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, Internal Audit, and business teams; developing scalable compliance infrastructure; reviewing compliance tool outputs; building expertise in privacy, advertising compliance, third-party risk, and regulatory tracking; and supporting third-party risk management tools and processes. Requires 6+ years experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, privacy, or related fields, strong program execution, analytical and communication skills, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, AI tools, and basic data skills (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards). Support build and day-to-day operation of Enterprise Compliance Office (ECO) by translating regulatory, policy, and governance requirements into clear artifacts, trackers, and repeatable processes

Review outputs from compliance tools including AI-assisted tools and flag errors or inconsistencies
Build foundational expertise across privacy, product and advertising compliance, third-party risk, enterprise policies, training, regulatory tracking, and other compliance domains
Support implementation and operation of third-party risk management tools and processes including tracking reviews, maintaining counterparty data, analytics, reporting, monitoring risk indicators, and supporting remediation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, law, risk, compliance, political science, data/information science, or related field
6+ years experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, privacy, security governance, program or project management, or regulatory operations
Experience supporting compliance, audit readiness, regulatory, or remediation programs including evidence coordination, documentation review, status tracking, or issue management
Strong program execution skills managing multiple parallel initiatives, organizing workplans, tracking owners and dependencies, maintaining momentum, and following issues through to resolution
Analytical mindset to review data, documentation, evidence, and workflows to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail, accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing clear, well-structured materials for cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Highly organized, proactive, self-directed with hands-on approach and sound judgment on escalation
Curiosity and willingness to learn new regulatory areas, frameworks, business models, and compliance domains
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, AI tools such as Claude, Co-work, or similar platforms
Basic data skills such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI dashboards for reporting, metrics, and trend analysis
Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
