Full job description

Smadex is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona. The candidate will be the primary contact for clients, focusing on growing partnerships by monitoring and optimizing mobile user acquisition campaigns to exceed KPIs. Responsibilities include managing strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, providing data-driven insights, communicating complex data simply, offering product features aligned with client needs, leading client meetings, and representing the company externally. Requirements include 3+ years of mobile programmatic campaign experience, excellent English communication skills, strong analytical skills with knowledge of cohort analysis and acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA), understanding of the mobile app industry and MMPs, organizational skills, and legal work authorization in Spain.   • Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
  • Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and sell in-house mobile advertising solution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Analytical with deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMPs
  • Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, passion for Apps, and love for problem-solving
  • Legal permit to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship provided)
